We have benefited from Tara's knowledge both in the sale and purchase of our private residences. In our initial sale, issues surfaced which would have had financial impact on us but Tara was the ball! Tara explained the complexities of the situation and helped us to choose a strategy that best suited our needs. The outcome and Tara's performance exceeded our expectations! In October 2001, we were on the buyer's end in what was an extremely difficult market for all; being post 9/11. Tara was diligent in her efforts to find us a re-sale home but yet remained homest about the sparse inventory. True to human nature after a national tragety of this magnitude people pulled their homes from the market and chose to stay rooted in their communities. Tara's true character was apparent at this point when she suggested we shop for a new home. Knowing full well she most likely would not draw a commission from a builder she took us to many new communities because she felt it was the best thing to do for her client (us). Fortunately for all of us, Tara found a builder that was willing to negotiate the terms of our new home purchase and compensate her for extraordinary efforts
